Up on Fully-Booked: Dear Photograph

As part of my Fully-Booked chronicles, I visited the Fully-Booked branch at Mall of Asia (which, I will be featuring at my succeeding posts) just to pass away the time. I came across one of the books that I haven't seen in any other bookstores that I've been to before: the Dear Photograph book. Apparently the book contains so many feels that I am compelled to share it to you guys. However, what I'm about to share is nothing as compared to what I felt when I browsed the book (I didn't buy it though, my allowance was depleted at the time). So, if ever you're saying more! more! after this post, then I suggest you head to the nearest Fully-Booked branch in your place, and ask about the book.

Without further ado, let me introduce you to the Dear Photograph book!

Have you ever visited a place in your childhood, or a place where you used to live but noticed that it was the same yet different to what was painted in your memories? Have you ever visited a place that holds valuable memories, and wished that you could go back in time and repeat that memory over and over again? Well, the Dear Photograph book did just that. No, the book does not transport people back in time, but the book allows memories to be cherished uniquely. Dear photograph is a photo book which was created by the efforts of members of the Dear Photograph forum. It is a compilation of pictures submitted by the members. Going back, a picture in Dear Photograph is created when a person searches for his stacks of old photos. When a person finally choose a picture which is valuable to him, he is then encouraged to go to the place where that old photo was taken. After that, the person then is instructed to flash his old photo in that same place and then take a new picture of it. (Shown below)

What was amazing was te message that each picture caries. Once a person sees that picture and then read the message written on it, one could actually feel te love imbued in it.

I know, I know what I've shared is not enough to satisfy your curiosity. So guys, I think you already know what to do next.
